Do I need to have an account or to log in to place an order?

No. You do NOT have to have an account or log into your account to make a purchase from our website. You can always purchase as a Guest.

However if you do create an account, your name and address details are automatically added each time you order. Account holders are also able to view all their past orders. If you want to create an account, you can do so on our Registration page.

I have an account but I am having problems logging in.

Passwords and usernames are case sensitive, so (for example) if your password is GreenDay, then GreenDay will work, but greenday will not. Also ensure the Caps Lock function on your keyboard is not engaged.

Please note that user names and passwords created on any of our other websites will NOT work on this website. You will have to register again - please see our Registration page.

I have forgotten my password.

Please use the Forgotten Password page, and the system will send an immediate email with your password. If you do not receive the email within ten minutes, please check your spam folder.

My email address or username is not recognised.

Please be sure that you have previously created an account on this website. You may have previously purchased as a Guest, or you may have created an account on one of our other websites.

I receive your email newsletters, but I do not know my Account details.

Account registration and email newsletters are two separate services. You do not need an Account to subscribe to the newsletters.

How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?

Every email that we send contains a safe Unsubscribe link - just click on that link and you will be unsubscribed from that newsletter. You can of course subscribe again at any time that you wish.

Do you ever sell or distribute customers' postal addresses, email addresses, or other contact information to other companies?

Never!
