Spain Post (Tracked) - Euro 10 per order
DHL Courier - Euro 16 per order
Outside Europe:-

DHL Courier - Euro 22 per order
How do you ship my order?
We send all orders by air mail from Spain in plain packaging. There will be no indication on the packaging as to the contents.
How soon will I receive my order?
Europe (including United Kingdom):-
Spain Post 2-10 days
Spain Post Tracked 2-10 days
DHL Courier 1-3 days
Outside Europe:-
Spain Post 5-21 days
Spain Post Tracked 5-21 days
DHL Courier 2-5 days
Occasionally mail service in some countries can be slow, so we request that you only contact us if you have not received your order 21 days after you placed the order (28 days for orders outside of Europe). You can email us with any delivery enquiries using the Contact Details page.
How large will my package be?
Dvds are normally shipped without the plastic dvd case. That is, dvd disc and colour cover only. At Checkout you will have the option to request the plastic dvd case if required.
This allows you to decide how small you would like your package to be.
For security reasons, we do not ship plastic cases on dvd orders sent to countries outside Europe.
Will my package be discreet?
All our shipments, even if you request the dvd cases, are sent very discreetly in plain packaging. There will be no indication of the contents on the outside of the packaging, and the sender will be shown as Simply The Best S.L.
If you request the dvd cases for orders of 3 or more dvds, please be aware that you may have to collect your package from your local Post Office if you are not at home when your mail is delivered.
Customs
All orders sent to addresses in Europe (including the United Kingdom) are not examined by Customs in any country. So there will be NO additional taxes to pay.
Orders sent to countries outside of Europe may result in import taxes, depending on the tax laws in that country.
